Once you have chosen one of our holiday suggestions you can book in two different ways:

1. Automatically:
In order to book up through the internet, first of all you have to choose the structure your interested in and then click onto the request of booking that you will find in the price and timetable chart, then all you have to do is fill in the booking form.

You will immediately receive an e-mail or a telephone call, on behalf of our staff, confirming or not, the availability of the period and the structure chosen.

2. Telephone procedure:
If you phone our call center at 0039.(0)833/583579 - 553362 an operator will help you with everything you need to know including: the structures, the period, the prices and how to book.

At this stage, if you are willing to book up with us then you have to pay in advance 30% of your holiday into Holding Tour's S.R.L. account, either through credit card, a money transfer or a postal order.

What happens after your booking:
Once you have booked up your holiday, either automatically or by phone, Holding Tour S.r.l. will:

" Send your booking, written on Holding Tour's headed paper, directly to your home, but only after paying in advance the above perecentage;
" Send your holiday voucher, only after the payment in full.

These documents have to be shown at your arrival at Holding Tour's reception office.
